Refund Policy
All sales are final. A Box of Berks products are built with perishable food products. We do not offer returns or refunds. We are careful to provide a product that offers the recipient an amazing experience. We work hard to be sure your items are packed and prepared to arrive in the best condition. Should something arrive damaged (broken jars) please contact us at admin@aboxofberks.com and we will gladly replace the damaged item. We don’t replace broken cookies or potato chips! Smaller pieces mean you get to share with more people!
Be sure to double check the shipping address. Although we are always happy to spread the love, we want to be sure your box is delivered to the correct address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
